Dia has always been interested in keeping active and living a healthy lifestyle.

Following several years working in an office environment and feeling dissatisfied, in 2007 she decided to further her passion for fitness by qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Sports Message Therapist. Dia was immediately confident she had made the right decision in making the move to the fitness industry. Her passion for teaching safe and effective exercise has grown and developed further over the years.

Dia has extensive experience in several types of sporting activity including Karate, Kickboxing, Pole Fitness, Spinning, CrossFit, Pilates and Yoga. As a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, and with a deep knowledge of sports injuries, she finds it essential to identify the correct way to exercise and achieve individual progress.

Dia’s professionalism combined with her smiley approach puts clients at ease and helps them enjoy the sessions. Working with many different levels of ability, Dia enjoys helping clients achieve their individual goals in a safe environment whilst gently pushing individual boundaries.
